1. Acceptance
By downloading or using AI Crypto Highflags, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What the app is
AI Crypto Highflags displays live cryptocurrency prices, RSI, EMA crossover signals, and a market mood indicator for selected assets. It is a market data tool. Nothing more.
This app does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or any recommendation to buy or sell any asset. What you do with the information is entirely your decision.
3. Market risk
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Prices can move dramatically in short periods. You may lose some or all of any capital you invest. Technical indicators reflect past and current data — they do not predict the future. Always make your own informed decisions, and consult a qualified financial professional if you are unsure.
4. Subscriptions
The Free tier is available indefinitely at no cost. Pro ($9.99/month) and VIP ($29.99/month) are auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancel anytime through your platform's subscription settings. No refunds for partial periods, except where required by law. Use the Restore Purchases button in Settings to recover a previous purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer or decompile the app, use it to build competing products based on its output, attempt to abuse or overload the backend API, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
6. Availability and accuracy
Market data comes from Binance's public API. Signal calculations use 1-hour candle data. Data may differ from other sources. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or third-party outages. We make no guarantees about continuous availability or data accuracy.
7. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code in the app belongs to LPagesAppLabs. The name AI Crypto Highflags and the LPagesAppLabs brand may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LPagesAppLabs is not liable for financial losses from using or relying on this app, data loss or service interruptions, or any decisions made based on the information displayed.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
