Privacy Policy
1. Overview
AI Crypto Highflags is a market data tool. It does not require registration, login, or any personal information to work. We built it to collect as little data as possible — and that is not an afterthought.
2. What we do not collect
No name, email, phone number, location, payment card, browsing history, contacts, microphone, or camera data is collected or stored by us at any point.
3. What is collected automatically
Anonymous subscription identifier (RevenueCat)
To manage Pro and VIP subscriptions, the app uses RevenueCat, which assigns a randomly generated anonymous ID to your device. This ID is not linked to your name or contact details. It persists across reinstalls on the same device and is used only to verify what plan you have.
Push notification token (Firebase)
If you enable Market Alerts, the app registers a Firebase Cloud Messaging token — a device-level identifier generated by Google. It is used only to deliver notifications. We do not store it on our servers. You can revoke it at any time by disabling notifications in your device settings.
Market data requests
The app fetches prices and chart data directly from the Binance public API. These are unauthenticated requests — no user data is sent to Binance.
Signal API requests
The app calls our backend (hosted on Railway) for RSI and EMA signal data. Requests include the coin ticker and your IP address — standard for any HTTPS request. IP addresses are not logged or stored. Rate limiting (30 req/min per IP) prevents abuse.

5. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (US) or 16 (EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Data retention
We do not maintain user databases. RevenueCat manages anonymous IDs under their own retention policies. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. Nothing remains on our servers after you stop using the app.
7. Your rights
You can disable notifications in device Settings at any time. You can cancel subscriptions through App Store or Google Play. You can uninstall the app — no data remains. EU/EEA residents with GDPR questions can reach us at contact@lpagesapplabs.com.
8. Security
All communication between the app and our backend is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). We do not store personal data, which keeps the attack surface minimal.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
